F.A.Qs

How is the UCAT scored?

Each of the first four cognitive subtests is scored on a scale from 300 to 900. The Situational Judgement test is scored in bands from Band 1 (highest) to Band 4.

The UCAT consortium offers a range of free and official practice materials on their website to help candidates prepare.

You can only sit the UCAT once per test cycle. If you wish to reattempt, you must wait until the next testing year.

UCAT scores are valid for the admissions cycle immediately following the test. For example, scores from a test taken in 2021 would be used for university entry in 2022.
