The following criteria must be fulfilled in order to procure a Student Visa.

 

  • Acceptance letter from the college or institution in the destination nation
  • Mission Statement
  • Evidence of English language competency (Scorecard required)
  • Evidence of sufficient finances to cover living expenses and tuition fees.
  • Evidence of a spotless past and an entirely clear record of convictions.
  • Required to present a health certificate from a physician
  • Evidence of a Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC), which is exclusive to Canada

In the event that your spouse is enrolled full-time in school and possesses a valid work visa or study permit, you may apply for a Spouse Visa (Open Work Permit).
